Covid 19 Response
Black Pearl Wellness is open and has implemented these new procedures to safely re-open.
We are following all the recommended CDC and Oregon Health Authority guidelines to be open for business and keep our patients safe.
What to expect:
*All healthcare practitioners at the clinic will be wearing face masks.
* All patients who come for treatment at the clinic are required to wear a face mask.
* All patients will be asked to sanitize their hands with hand sanitizer provided for them upon entering the clinic.
*All healthcare practitioner in the clinic will continue to clean the clinic throughout the day and utilize germicidal wipes and bleach solutions on any high touch surfaces in the treatment room and clinic in between each patient. We will also be using UV lights to sanitize treatment rooms.
*We will not be able to see patients in the clinic with any of the following symptoms or if you have had a known COVID-19 viral exposure in the past 14 days:
Symptoms:
· Fever of 100°F or above
· Fatigue
· Dry Cough
· Difficulty Breathing
· Respiratory or flu-like symptoms
· Sore throat
· Shortness of breath
· Diarrhea
· Runny nose
· Diminished sense of taste or smell
* If you do have any of these symptoms or have had known COVID-19 viral exposure in the past 2 weeks I am happy to do a phone consult with you if you would like.
