Massage & Manual Therapy

Relax. Restore. Rebalance.

Massage Therapy

Our massage therapy sessions are designed to help you unwind, relieve pain, and reconnect with your body. Whether you're dealing with stress, chronic pain, tension, or simply need time to recharge, we tailor each session to your specific needs.

Using a combination of manual therapy techniques— such as deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, Cranio sacral, manual lymph drainage—we help improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and support your overall well-being. Every massage is performed in a calming environment, allowing you to fully relax and leave feeling refreshed.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach based on osteopathic principles that works with the body’s subtle rhythms to support balance and healing. By focusing on the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, practitioners use light touch—often no more than the weight of a nickel—to release restrictions in the system and encourage the body’s natural ability to self-correct. This therapy supports the rhythmic movement of synovial fluid, enhancing circulation, reducing compression, and improving functional movement. It is highly effective for reducing stress and providing relief from chronic pain, headaches, migraines, neck and back pain, and TMJ. Sessions are 60 minutes long, and clients remain fully clothed on a treatment table. While individual needs vary, three to six sessions are commonly recommended for lasting effects.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic manual therapy designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid. The lymphatic system is essential to immune function, helping to remove waste, toxins, and excess fluid from tissues. When the system becomes sluggish due to surgery, illness, inflammation, or inactivity, manual drainage supports its natural movement and improves overall circulation. This therapy is commonly used for lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, sinus congestion, chronic inflammation, fatigue, and compromised immune issues. Using very light, slow, and repetitive strokes that follow the rhythm of the heart, a typical 90-minute session promotes deep relaxation and detoxification. Four to eight sessions are recommended for optimal results.
