What to expect:
During your initial session, we will spend time getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will explore your goals, current challenges, and the areas of life that feel most important to focus on. Sessions may include reflection, practical tools, exploration of values, and new ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions.
